Privacy notice
Last updated 13 August 2026
This notice explains what happens to information you send through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who is responsible
Keystone Insight, contactable at contact@keystone-insight.com, decides how the information described here is used — the data controller, in the language of the GDPR.
Company registration details to follow
What is collected, and why
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your work email, optionally your company, the topic you select, and your message.
It is used for one purpose: to reply to you and, if it goes further, to arrange and prepare for a conversation. It is not used for anything else, added to a mailing list, or shared with anyone for marketing.
The legal basis
Replying to an enquiry you sent is processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and beyond that a legitimate interest in responding to people who contact a business (Article 6(1)(f)). You are not asked to consent to anything, because nothing here requires it.
Who else sees it
Two suppliers process it on Keystone Insight's behalf, and only to deliver the message:
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and passes the form submission on.
- Resend — delivers the resulting email.
- Zoho Mail — where the message is then read and kept.
Nobody else receives it. It is not sold, and it is not used to train anything.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within 12 months. If we end up working together, the correspondence is kept for as long as the engagement runs and for the period afterwards that Belgian accounting and tax rules require.
Where it is stored
Within the European Economic Area. The mailbox is on Zoho's EU data centre. Where a supplier processes data outside the EEA, it does so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for processing to be restricted, or object to it. Email contact@keystone-insight.com and you will get an answer within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you were not asked. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them and Google sees the request.
The sample dashboards are embedded from Microsoft Power BI. Opening that page loads content from Microsoft, which may set its own cookies. Nothing there identifies you to Keystone Insight, and the data shown is entirely synthetic.
